I've decided to come back , and run my fitness blog again , so that I could have more motivation to lose weight , &'hopefully be able to help you guys out . (:
Call me Em. I'm nineteen years old, 5'1, and I've recovered from anorexia in the Summer of 2011. I plan on losing weight the healthy way this time and also build muscle. By doing this, I plan to consume about 1,200-1,400 calories a day, and work out for at least a half hour, seven days a week.
